Michael and Jermaine took care of the vocals and the band went on a tour to Midwest in 1966. The Jackson 5 (J5) often performed at the chain of Black clubs where they used to do some Adult acts and exotic performance in “Chitling circuit”. In 1966 they won a talent show, and they are signed with a local label Steeltown in 1967 where they recorded the song “Big BOY” and produced some fine numbers and in the later year, they signed with Motown and created a new record in the musical history of a rock band.
