The person in the above picture is SETH COOK, who is a victim of Progeria Disease. The Progeria is unknown disease to the world, when a kid is born with Progeria disease, the baby gets the premature aging looks, that is if the kid is 5 years he would be looking very older than his age. The maximum age a victim of Progeria can live is 13 years and and they would die due to heart attack.
Seth Cook is one of the kid who was born in 1993 but his life was ended in 2007 at his 13th year. According to the PRF (Progeria Research Foundation) 28 children from 16 countries are suffering from this Progeria Diseases. There are many kids like Seth cook in the world and there is no cure or remedy for them. Now, an Indian filmmaker R.Balki is taking a movie based on this Progeria as I have mentioned earlier.
