The Miss World of 2009 has been announced yesterday (December 12, 2009) at Gallagher Convention Centre in Johannesburg. Yesteryear Miss World Kseina Sukhinova from Russia has crowned her heir Kaiane Aldorino with the title “Miss World of 2009”. Kaiane Aldorino from Gibraltar and she is a Gibraltarian amateur dancer, born on July 8, 1986 and her height is 1.74m (5 feet 8 and half inch).
The Miss World contest has been telecasted in various media channels across the world. In U.S, E! Entertainment was broadcasting, in china CCTV-1, in South Africa SABC3, in India Zee café, in France Paris Première, in Indonesia RCTI, in Trinidad and Tobago C Television and in Venezuela venevision media channels were broadcasting the Miss World contest.
The first and second runners-up are from Mexico –Perla Beltran and South Africa – Tatum Keshwar.
